About the Photographer
February 13, 2010
I began shooting boudoir over a year ago, because I felt there was a need for women to be able to see themselves in the same way that their husbands see them. I wanted to show women that they are beautiful, right now, just the way they are. You don’t need to loose another 5 lbs. and you don’t have to have the perfect outfit. Boudoir is for everyone! Celebrate who you are!!
As women we are very hard on ourselves. We are wives, mothers, and career women that lead crazy, busy lives. We are often so busy taking care of the ones in our lives that we very seldom take time for ourselves. We easily forget that we are also important and need to do something special for ourselves from time to time. I also think that in the process of becoming wives, mothers and career women we lose a little bit of what made us who we were to begin with. It is in this spirit that I try to help each woman find that little bit of herself that she has forgotten.
Weather you are looking for a gift for your groom on your wedding day, that something special to spice up your marriage or just to remind yourself how lovely you really are Flirt Boudoir is for ALL women. I believe there is beauty in each and every one of us and it is something that is too easily forgotten. So, do yourself a favor, book a session and pamper yourself. I will capture images that will show your true beauty and you will see yourself in the way that your loved ones see you everyday.

I absolutely LOVE shooting boudoir photos. I love getting to know women and hearing their stories. The light and surprise in their eyes when they see how beautiful they really are is my favorite part of a session. Besides shooting boudoir, weddings and family portraits some of my favorite things include:
- spending time with my family
- the color red
- Anthropologie
- reading blogs
- MAGAZINES
- the smell of rain
- my daughter’s giggle
- lazy Sunday afternoons
- meeting new people
- working out
- Sprinkles cupcakes
- hanging out with girlfriends
- eating out (unfortunately)
- checking out a stack of books at the library
- collecting the letter “M”
- Etsy
- My iPhone (I know, it’s sad.)
- rummaging through junk shops and antique stores with my husband.
